Eucalyptus Forest at Cavallo Point

This South Marin location, just a quick drive over the Golden Gate Bridge, is a quiet little gem tucked into the eucalyptus trees at Cavallo Point. It’s peaceful, shaded, and has a timeless, natural feel that photographs beautifully year-round. The tall trees provide a soft, dreamy backdrop that works well for both family and maternity sessions. While the iconic Golden Gate Bridge isn’t the main focus at this spot, there’s still the opportunity to sneak in a photo or two with the bridge visible in the distance, giving you that unmistakable San Francisco touch without it taking over the whole session.

Sessions here are in the daytime, with some in the morning and some several hours before sunset. Sample photos were taken on a partly cloudy day, so expect brighter conditions on sunny days.
