Lover’s Lane

This San Francisco location is in the iconic Presidio neighborhood and features beautiful groves of ivy and eucalyptus trees. There are fun downed logs to rest or play on in a unique pattern. Kids love running around the logs (with help, of course!), climbing tree stumps and playing in the open spaces. Parents love the stunning location without much walking and easy parking! Because this location is so stunning, it gets very crowded, especially during fall busy season. If dodging other families and runners, and potentially having to wait a bit for that signature view doesn’t bother you, let’s go for it! I would not recommend it for people looking for a more peaceful, private experience, or for families who have kiddos that get easily distracted by others. If you love this location, but aren’t pumped about the crowds, weekday mornings are much quieter and have less demand, so you’ll be able to get on the schedule much easier, especially in those fall months where family photos are on everyone’s minds. Schedule your photos in the morning and drop your kiddos off at school or daycare a little late or take the morning off and grab lunch at the Presidio Lawn at the food trucks after!

This location is great for immediate families and maternity, as well as for smaller extended families up to 8 people. Sessions at this location take place in the morning hours.
